Domestic Shipping (India)

We primarily ship via Bluedart and Shree Tirupati. Please allow 2 business days for processing before contacting us about your order. After shipment, the average time for delivery is 2-5 business days.

  • Major Cities: 2-3 business days.
  • Within 100 km of a Major City: 3-5 business days.
  • Farther than 100 km from a Major City: 5-7 business days.

Note: Weather conditions can affect these delivery times. If you require fast delivery, we offer an express service; please email shop@ybpskin.com to request this.

International Shipping

We are happy to offer worldwide shipping to our international community, currently we can ship to USA, UK, and Canada. Please contact us first at shop@ybpskin.com if you are interested in shipping internationally.

  • Flat Rate: To keep things simple, we use flat-rate International Shipping. If the actual cost will be higher than the flat fee, we’ll get in touch to settle the difference. However, we’d love to help you save! If you message us with your wishlist before you buy, we can often calculate a cheaper, custom shipping rate just for you.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: Please note that all international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. YBP does not collect these fees upfront and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
  • Customs Clearance: It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with local import regulations and to settle any charges with the customs office or courier to release the shipment.

Delivery Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the given address to receive the goods. Goods may need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative, such as a family member, friend, or neighbor. YBP takes no responsibility for goods signed for by an alternate person.

Damage & Misplacement: YBP is not responsible for damage or misplacement after the package has been delivered.

Returned Shipments: If a shipment is returned to us by the courier due to customer error (e.g., wrong address/contact information, cancellation, or consistently not being present after repeated delivery attempts), we will issue a refund minus the courier and packing charges of 350 RS.

Claims: All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to shop@ybpskin.com on the day of delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking numbers are provided via email when your order ships. If you did not receive yours, please message shop@ybpskin.com with your Order Number to request it.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Currently, we are not offering COD services.
