We’re an independent boutique skin care brand, focusing on producing extremely High Quality Natural-focused User-friendly products.

We manufacture our own products under our parent company Thaker Cosmetics Pvt Ltd. We source our own ingredients, we have our own teams in India and USA, and we don’t compromise on any formulation or ingredient. Our formulations are created under our company in USA, YBP Cosmetics LLC. We spend a very long time developing our products, and this is why we have a limited product range. We value Quality over Quantity. Our products are our own from start to finish.

We used to be on these platforms. There is one in particular that is really big right now, but when we started with them back in 2016, they were not so big. Back then, the relationship was very mutually beneficial. Over the years, though, as they grew, it became completely one-sided, so we decided to part ways.
 
Another reason is how many of these marketplaces store products. They often lack temperature-controlled environments, which is a major issue for us. Our products cannot be stored for extended periods in high heat, especially during the summer, as it can compromise efficacy and quality.

We did offer COD in the past, but there were too many issues which negatively affected us. While in theory it should work well, in reality it wastes more resources overall due to the fact that customers may not be present at the time of delivery, or they may not be ready to receive the shipment for various reasons. Couriers are also not responsible, they usually don’t attempt delivery more than once, even though they are supposed to…We are very strict with our quality. And if we receive a returned shipment, we can’t resell it due to our High Hygienic Standards. COD is better suited for something like Fashion, but not for expensive Natural Skin Care made in Small Batches.

Currently we can ship to and from USA, however the shipping charges for International Shipment will be extra, and on a case by case basis. If you live in a different country like UK, Australia, Canada…that should be possible. Please send us a message and we will try the best we can!

Yes, especially in India! Prepaid in India relies on unique OTP confirmation for every transaction, which makes it an extremely safe payment option.

First thing to check is your internet connection, try to get on Wifi if possible. Next thing to try is “Clear Browsing Data”, you can find this in your internet browser Settings. Beyond that, please make sure you are picking the correct Payment Option. For example, with CCavenue, the “Credit Card” option comes first by default, so if you are using a Debit Card, make sure to tap the “Debit Card” option before entering your information.
 
Our system is set up to give you an immediate confirmation email, but up to a 5 min delay is normal. If you still didn’t receive it, then either you had entered your email incorrectly or your email account may have placed the message in your “Promotion” or “Spam” folders. Another possibility is that your email account has reached its data storage limit, and you need to clear out some messages in order to receive any further emails.

We normally process orders within 1-2 business days. After shipment, the average time for delivery is 2-5 business days. If you live inside of a major city, then 2-3 business days is normal. If you live up to 100 km outside of a major city, then plan for 3-5 business days. Farther than 100 km outside of a major city may take 5-7 business days.

Plant Remedy is 100% Natural, Pure, and Raw. Our ingredients are hexane-free, never deodorized or refined, never mixed with any filler ingredients. What you are seeing is Sediment. These sediments are the oil’s insoluble fraction, which includes tocopherols, fatty alcohols, sterols and carotenoids, to name a few, which are all good and essential! Please don’t be alarmed if you see sediments, this is the beauty of Pure Vital Whole Plants. Just give your bottle a good shake anytime you see the sediments gathering.

This is actually why many other brands overly process their products; deodorizing, super refining, chemically treating, diluting, etc…what all these processes do is just make the product look super clean, but they remove most of the essential skin nourishing properties of the natural product. They do this because they are only concerned about the product looking good. On the other hand, we at YBP Cosmetics believe our skin care should actually work, that is what we care about, and we work hard to make sure our Natural products retain their Natural power.

Yes! Since Skin Salve is a Natural formula, and we use ingredients in their purest most natural form, this is completely normal, and they will melt upon contact with your skin.

If the Salve softens/melts in transit due to hot weather, or the texture changes slightly, this does not affect the performance of the product, only the texture. If you wish to restore the Salve’s texture post melting, simply refrigerate it for a short period of time.

Anyone who’s looking to add deep nourishing and natural skin healing ingredients to their skin care routine will benefit the most from Plant Remedy. It should be added to your daily skin care ritual to experience maximum results.

We recommend starting by using it once a day, morning or night. And maximum twice a day, morning and night. Use a few drops only for each application, on clean damp skin.

We put a lot of protection to stop leaks from happening. However, very minor leakage is still possible when any bottle is shipped by air due to the change in atmospheric pressure. We fill a little extra in each bottle to make sure you’re getting the right amount.

If you take the dropper out and it touches the rim of the bottle opening, oil will slightly drip down on the bottle, because it’s coming from the side of the dropper itself. That is not a defect with the bottle, this will happen with any bottle. To avoid this, when you take the dropper out, please make sure to take it out perfectly vertically so the dropper is not touching the rim of the bottle. And do the same when placing it back inside the bottle.

Plant Remedy is designed for sensitive skin. But everyone’s skin is unique, and for that reason we recommend you start with our travel size 10ml bottle first to see if it works for you.

GUA SHA

The word Gua means to rub, and Sha means red, due to the increased blood flow to the skin. It is to be used as part of your skin care routine for increasing blood flow and removing toxins from your lymphatic system.

Both our Gua Sha crystals are 100% Natural and originally sourced from Brazil, unlike many other lower cost stones found locally. Our stones are carved without any chemical treatments, which normally adds unnatural texture, color, and crystalline formation.

Amethyst is a harder stone, which makes it more difficult to carve. Only artisans can carve Pure Amethyst crystal without chemically treating it to soften the stone and therefore it’s more expensive than Rose Quartz. It’s also rarer to find in Gua Sha tools.

Both these stones perform the same way in giving you the best beauty benefits by adding them to your skincare routine. Our Rose Quartz Sculpting Spoon is more beneficial for targeting smaller and hard to reach areas like laugh lines, ear lobes, under eyes, and specific chin and jaw areas. It’s also helpful to work with acne skin as you can avoid the areas your acne has flared up, The Amethyst is great for massaging the face overall at once. Ultimately, the choice comes down to personal preference.

Since these are natural handcrafted stones, each piece will be unique. There may be small dimples here and there, this is completely normal.

As more Oil is required to properly use Gua Sha, we recommended using our Pure Argan Oil.

Clean them after every use with water, use any mild soap to remove dirt or stickiness from your Gua Sha. Dry it with a clean cloth and store it in a dry clean place.

Yes, 100%. Crystals are very delicate and should be handled with care. If you drop them, they will break.

Yes, always apply oil before you do Gua Sha. Your skin needs to be slippery in order for Gua Sha stones to glide on your face.

No, these crystals don’t expire or go bad with time. They are good to use on your face as long as they are not broken.
