Purify your skin once a week for maximum health and beauty. Vitamin C Face Mask is a whole plant medicine created with Raw Herbs, Roots, Fruits, Flowers and Rare Minerals. It will help regenerate skin to reveal a brighter and more even complexion. You’ll love how this mask allows enzymes and nutrients in serums and creams to travel into the skin and become locked in with moisturizer.

By providing the skin with an abundance of nourishment, this mask strengthens all skin functions: from the building blocks and protection from collagen, to healthy cell turnover and clarifying skin tone. While this product is well-suited for almost all skin types, it’s best for healing dark spots, hyperpigmentations, dull, dry and textured skin, with a focus on rebuilding and restoring skin’s hydration and collagen level.

Enjoy cleansing your skin of environmental impurities and other cosmetic residue, and commit to this important step in your skin care ritual.

(Not recommended if you have cystic acne or are undergoing any cosmetic treatment)

Camu Camu ( Myrciaria Dubia) – It took us over a year to source the finest quality raw Camu Camu that makes our Vitamin C Face Mask so special. This Amazonian Rain Forest Fruit is one of the highest sources of Vitamin C on Planet Earth. It also contains many rare micronutrients, antioxidants, polyphenols, flavonoids, phenolic acids, tannis and stilbenes that are crucial to the success of this formula (when extracted keeping the right method in mind).

The acids from the fruit breakdown scar tissue and discoloration. Camu Camu is definitely the HERO ingredient in our formulation.

White Turmeric (Curcuma Zedoaria / Poolan Kilangu) – We source this beautiful rare Turmeric from a small farm in South India. It is grown and harvested directly by the farmers and sent to us in its raw form. White Turmeric is a powerful Anti-inflammatory ingredient. It’s neither Amba Haldi nor Wild Turmeric. It does smell a lot like Amba Haldi but it’s not the same, and it’s whitish in color. In Ayurveda, it is used topically for stimulating blood circulation and draining toxins and excess fluids that causes puffiness, poor lymphatic flow, and skin tissue damage. White Turmeric is also a great natural cleanser for removing impurities and dead skin without stripping off the skin’s natural lipids.

Chaga Mushroom (Inonotus Obliquus) – Chaga is known as the King of Mushrooms. It is extremely High in antioxidants, contains hydrating and soothing properties which supports damaged skin barriers beautifully, and helps reduce skin issues like Psoriasis, Eczema, Dermatitis and Sensitive Skin. Chaga has the highest form of melanin on the planet. The concentrated melanin present in Chaga’s dark color protects it from harmful UV rays and supports skin with tons of Betulinic Acid, which is necessary for regeneration of skin and the healing of wounds.

Cacao Raw (Theobroma): Enjoy the richness of Raw Cacao in our Vitamin C Face Mask! This is nowhere near the same as normal cocoa powder sold in the market. Our Raw Cacao is unprocessed and filled with antioxidants like nothing else. Cocoa and Cacao are not the same thing. Cocoa powder is made by heating and other processing methods which compromises the nutrient value. Raw Cacao is very rich in flavonols, polyphenol, and the caffeine that stimulates blood circulation topically, which activates skin by pulling blood to the surface so it’s nourished and fed. It also tones and plumps the skin by providing antioxidants for new skin cell regeneration.

Manicouagan Sea Minerals: One of the rarest sea minerals, sourced from the Manicouagan peninsula in Quebec Canada, which is known for it’s skin brightening properties. The unique quality of this particular mineral lies in its ability to deep cleanse without drying out the skin. It transfers water to dry skin, and with oily skin it brings out the excess oil to the surface which can then be eliminated once you remove the mask. It exfoliates dead skin build up and helps to clear blockages and control breakouts. It also contains skin refining and toning properties.

Calendula (Calendula Officinalis) – There’s a lot we want to talk about this skin nourishing flower. Our calendula is biodynamically grown and harvested in a small farm near Dehradun. If there’s one flower that is for every skin type, it has to be CALENDULA! Sticky resins that make this flower a powerful humectant, abundance of carotenoids, and many more skin healing compounds makes this plant skin-loving, and provides a balance action to our microbiome. One of the greatest qualities of Calendula is that it acts as a warm, gentle stimulant to the fluids and connective tissues within the body. It provides hydration, it protects the lipid barrier, and it acts as a medium that supports lymphatic drainage beautifully.

Nettle (Urtica Dioica) – If you ask any herbalist, they will tell you how this Super Herb is beneficial for health inside and out. Not only for skin, Nettles are a powerful tonic herb for improving gut health and clearing mucus through its antibacterial and rich properties. Its Incredible composition of Vitamins A,B,C,D,E,K, when used topically, helps nourish skin cells and supports every aspect of healthy skin function. Clarifying dead skin and reducing bad bacterial growth is one of the primary benefits of including this powerful herb into our formulation

Spirulina (Arthrospira Platensis) – Grown in a beautiful green house in South India, our Spirulina is a powerhouse of amino acids, enzymes and bioavailable micronutrients that provide skin with the building blocks to be radiantly healthy. Its anti-inflammatory properties help reduce swelling, acne, and prevent further breakouts as well. It increases your skin’s metabolism which enables faster healing and also prevents bacteria overgrowth.

Roselle (Hibiscus Sabdariffa) – Also known as Hibiscus, has been a staple in traditional medicine thanks to its powerful anti-inflammatory properties and high antioxidant content. Its unique chemical compounds help to purify skin by breaking down dead skin and increasing cell turnover, they can even help to control acne breakouts. The hibiscus flowers are a natural source of Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHAs) which exfoliate, speed up cell rejuvenation, control pesky breakouts, and can even improve the elasticity of our skin.

Our Roselle is milled in-house and used as a whole to keep its properties intact so you get the most nourishing exfoliating experience for your skin.

Ghassoul Clay – (also known as Rhassoul) This clay is really more of a mineral rich mud. It comes to us straight from Morocco. Since we already get many of our potent ingredients from there, Ghassoul in its most potent form is sent to us by our supplier there which is wild harvested and is extremely rich with its properties. It’s not a drying clay, but rather a wealth of minerals such as silica, calcium and magnesium, which soften and nourish the skin. It improves skin texture and reduces redness, dryness, and irritation.

Ceylon Cinnamon (Cinnamomum Verum) – There are around 250 species of cinnamomum recognized today, the cinnamomum cassia (cassia cinnamon) from China, is the most common commercial variety, and is what you are most likely to find in nearly all grocers, natural food stores, and prepared food and beauty products. However, cassia cinnamon is not true cinnamon and does not deliver the same benefits as the Ceylon variety, grown mostly in Sri Lanka. The distinction between these two types is vital as cassia cinnamon is an irritant and does not contain the beneficial medicinal and beautifying properties of true Ceylon Cinnamon. Ceylon Cinnamon has the unique ability to increase blood circulation and collagen production through a key ingredient known as ‘cinnamaldehyde’. This naturally occurring chemical constituent boosts circulation and assists in plumping skin, and fighting the common effects of visible aging and cell damage.

Vetiver (Chrysopogon Zizanioides) – According to Ayurveda, traditional and medicinal uses of Vetiver are unlimited. Vetiver helps in the formation of new tissue and accelerates the healing and recovery of skin wounds. It is also recommended to be used to repair skin scarring caused by different circumstances such as pregnancy, diets, allergies, and burns. It’s one of the best ways to reduce topical inflammation and bacterial infection.

Harsingar (Nyctanthes Arbor-tristis) – Also known as Night Jasmine. It has hydrating/humectant, soothing and strengthening properties for skin. Wildly grown and harvested throughout the year, this delicate flower is pure love, and it takes many days to hand pick, clean, and sun dry them before they are slow milled and added to our formulation. While we always value the medicinal properties of plants over its scent – for me the medicine of this Night Jasmine IS its smell. It transports me to the most transcendent state of mind. I really hope you can experience this when you are using this mask, and as you activate it with fluids, the scent will linger and calm your nervous system.

Rosehip (Rosa Canina) – The exceptionally high vitamin C content in Rose Hips are used to prevent acne scars and signs of premature aging. But what’s really important to know about this delicate ingredient is that its potency lies in how and when they were harvested, and if they were prevented from oxidation and drying out during that process. These precious scarlet hips are widely used as a powerful natural Vitamin C source and its effectiveness is a rare experience. Rosehip provides the ultimate treatment to keep your skin healthy and glowing. We are so happy to bring this beautiful ingredient in its most potent form in our formula.
